What time does airport check-in open for Badr Airlines flights?
Check-in counters open 3 hours before departure and close 1 hour prior. Arrive early to ensure a smooth start to your journey.
When is the latest I can arrive at the gate before departure?
Boarding gates close 25 minutes before departure. Late arrivals won’t be allowed to board, and checked baggage will be removed. Refunds are not available in this case.
What happens if I miss my flight?

Economy Class: No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Business Class: You can rebook within 30 days (720 hours) of your original departure, subject to fare differences. If not rebooked in time, the ticket will be void without refund.
What happens if I’m denied travel?
If you’re denied boarding despite holding a valid ticket, we’ll rebook you on the next available Badr Airlines flight and provide refreshments plus a voucher covering your original booking. This doesn’t apply if denial is due to conditions in our Conditions of Carriage.
Can I fly during pregnancy?
Yes, you can fly until the end of week 27 of pregnancy.
From week 28 onward, a medical certificate from your doctor or midwife is required.

How soon can a newborn travel with Badr Airlines?
Newborns (infant) can travel from 7 days old. This applies across all Badr Airlines flights.
Are unaccompanied minors allowed?
Children under 12 must be accompanied by someone aged 16 or older. We do not accept unaccompanied minors.
What is the minimum age to accompany a child or infant?
A responsible adult must be at least 16 years old to accompany and care for a child or infant for the full duration of the trip.
