Not Allowed
- Irregular shaped baggage
- Blanket/fabric wrapped baggage
- Baggage without a flat surface (ball shaped)
- Matted woven/plastic baggage
- Bags with long, loose straps
- Boxes, suitcases, briefcases, bags, cardboard boxes, pre-packed electrical goods (except TVs) are acceptable for carriage; as long as they do not exceed the aforesaid dimensions.
- Boxes, suitcases, cardboard boxes etc. can be wrapped in the plastic wrap provided at Airport wrapping facilities.
- TVs, with a maximum of 46 inches, in a pre-packed condition may be accepted as checked-in luggage. TVs larger than 46 inches should be shipped through cargo.
- No single baggage may exceed 32 kg or the maximum dimensions of 158 cm (62 inches). Baggage over 32 kg must be repacked (except for mobility aids), and oversized baggage will incur additional charges. Cabin baggage must also be weighed and labeled.

Can I Purchase Additional Baggage After Booking
Yes, you can purchase additional baggage through the Manage booking portal up to six hours prior to your flight, provided you adhere to the baggage policy and meet the eligibility criteria for your booking.
What To Expect If I Bring More Than Three Checked Bags
If you arrive at the airport with more than 3 pieces of checked baggage, a one-time handling fee will be required to check in the additional bags. Furthermore, excess baggage rates will apply if the combined weight of all your bags exceeds your baggage allowance, assuming there is adequate space available on the flight.
